I am amazed at the $$ donated in under a full day. I think I’ve cried like six times today. However, a quick reality check from Mom made me realize 5k was no where near high enough of a goal - so I’ve bumped it to 20k and started wrestling with the fact this is going to be more difficult than originally thought.

I’ve done the unthinkable - I’ve reached out to some poor, unsuspecting, way too busy to care about one fan’s plight, celebrities in hopes their popularity (and support) can boost this to the moon and back. I’ve been sending in applications right and left in hopes of getting a new job so I can give all that I can. I’m going to sell more books & possessions as well as start offering fic/playlists/cross-stitched items for small donations. 

I cannot thank everyone who has donated/reblogged/messaged me with such kindness and love enough. I’m not lying when I say every penny helps and I know that with such amazing friends and family we will somehow make it through this.
